These terms apply to enquiries, quotations, bookings and travel services arranged by Precious Vacations. By requesting or purchasing a service, the customer agrees to the applicable terms communicated for that booking.

1. Quotations and availability

All quotations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, taxes, fare rules and validity stated in the quotation. Prices and availability can change until the booking is confirmed and the required payment is received.

2. Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names exactly as required by the passport, correct dates, passenger details, contact information and other documents. Errors may result in supplier charges or inability to travel.

3. Passports, visas and entry

The traveller is responsible for having a valid passport, visa, permits, health documents and other entry requirements. Precious Vacations may provide information and assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval or admission at the border.

4. Supplier terms

Airlines, hotels, cruises, DMCs, transport providers, visa authorities and other suppliers have their own terms. Where a supplier rule conflicts with a general website statement, the confirmed supplier/fare terms for that booking will apply.

5. Payment

Customers must pay the amount and by the deadline stated in the quotation/invoice. Online payments may be processed through PayU or another approved provider. A payment receipt does not replace supplier confirmation.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation/refund is governed by the applicable booking and supplier rules. Government visa fees, service charges, non-refundable fares, deposits and other third-party charges may be non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Travel disruptions

Airline delays, cancellations, weather, strikes, border restrictions, government decisions, natural events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect a trip. We will assist with available alternatives, but supplier rules and additional costs may apply.

8. Website information

Destination and visa information is provided for general guidance and may change. Always verify critical requirements with official authorities before travel.

9. Limitation of responsibility

Precious Vacations acts as a travel facilitator/agent for third-party travel products unless a service is expressly stated to be provided directly by us. Our responsibility is subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant supplier.

10. Communication

Customers agree that booking and service communications may be sent by email, phone and WhatsApp using the contact details supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer/legal rights, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
